The best way to play Edinburgh, and all of England, is to hit Russia rit off
the bat. If you can ally with France and Germany and think of a dumb fake
plan, it should hold them over for 5-6 rounds. By that time, you should have
Norway, Sweden, St. Petersburg, possibly Moscow, and even Denmark if you're
good. You won't have to worry about pieces, because by then, you can
backstab France. It works!
