Why isent there a Czech navy?

But have you ever noticed that Bohemia is the only province 2 in from
the sea?

There is a strong need for Char to invade Silecia and Vienna Army to move
to Bohemia.This Russian term for an Austrian-Russian alliance can be done
only if an austrian army is engaged in Bohemia for the start. On the
other hand, Austrian advance to Bohemia (an Austrian province anyway) is
the essential security assurance against any german ambition and for
german-austrian non-aggression pact. Nevertheless if Austrian wants to
play a role in Central Europe politics Bohemia is
vital.
Bohemia, dull province or very important?
Bohemia is a very interesting province in mid-game if you want to
have an early advance into the heartland of your enemies. Suppose
you are France and have conquered Munchen or if you are
Russia/Turkey and you have conquered Vienna, you should consider
Bohemia as your next move. You almost never bounce if you send
marauding armies forward via this province. Bohemia seems unimportant
between those dots but if you got a unit to spare than you must
consider an early advance trough Bohemia. It just gives you one step
ahead of infiltrating the heartlands of your enemies and gives lots
of oppurtunities to support units around the stalemateline, which
never occurs because you already moved behind it.
