AEG borders the supply centers SMY, CON, BUL and GRE, and borders two seas, EAS and ION. Easy to see that the AEG is of great strategical importance and has a large influence on the knot of balkan centers.

Because of the threat of a foreign fleet in AEG, turkey will always try keeping it. Another possibility is to bargain a large DeMilitirized zone with Austria and/or Italy. DMZ this sea together with EAS and ION. Turkey should try to establish this DMZ with at least Italy. If Italy sails either of these seas, it can be used as an early warning system so that Turkey knows what is coming at him.
